We are excited about your visit to Full Circle.
You will find that Full Circle has a personalized approach to your care. Once established as a patient, you will have direct access to us by call, text, or email. We know that being in pain or having an injury can be life altering and therefore work diligently to establish your visit as soon as possible.
The fees for visits at Full Circle varies based on individual patient needs and treatment plan.
Effective January 1, 2022 under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, a ruling went into effect called the “No Surprises Act” which requires practitioners to provide a “Good Faith Estimate” about out-of-network care. We never want the cost of therapy sessions to be a surprise. We will provide all fees up front so that you can make the best decisions based on your needs and circumstances. We will collaborate with you on length of treatment, overall care plan and costs associated with those specific services.
We are not contracted with any insurance companies and therefore we are considered an “out of network” provider. This means the cost of the visits are due at the time of service. We may provide you with a “superbill” to submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you choose.
We accept cash, credit card, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and Care Credit (minimum purchase required).
Please note, we require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations otherwise will apply a charge 50% of the visit type scheduled.
