Courtney Kelm PA-C

Founder and Medical Director
Courtney Kelm founded Full Circle in 2019 with a commitment to returning “full circle” to a time when patient care was rooted in kindness, active listening, and collaboration. With over 25 years of experience in medicine, she established her practice to ensure that patients receive personalized, comprehensive care, not standardized or “cookie-cutter” treatment. Courtney remains actively involved in multiple international orthopedic societies and brings patients the latest global orthopedic treatment options. In addition to her clinical work, Courtney has served as an Adjunct Professor at A.T. Still University and as a research coordinator in cancer, neurologic, and rheumatologic studies. She was an invitational speaker at the Barrow Neurological Institute and multiple pharmaceutical companies. Courtney obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University, where she was nominated for the Brown Foundation–Earl Rudder Memorial Outstanding Student Award, one of the university’s highest honors, awarded to only two graduates each year since 1970. She later earned a Bachelor of Science as a Physician Associate from the University of Texas. Originally from Texas, she has now lived in Arizona for over 20 years. She enjoys world travel, including visiting her daughter while she studies in Scotland. You may find her and her partner, Navin, enjoying hiking and engaging in the local community in Phoenix.

Rebekah (Becky) Forbes

Clinical Assistant and Patient Outreach
Becky brings joy and softness to Full Circle. Being a sister to many younger siblings, she is naturally a carer, and will be sure to treat you as considerately as possible. Becky assists with medical treatments including PRP, shockwave, and other modalities. She helps us stay connected with the patient's care to ensure continuity of care. Becky’s interest in healthcare has always been prevalent, and she began to witness the importance of having knowledgeable and compassionate carers when her own family members became ill. She began her journey studying nursing at Grand Canyon University, but as her interests evolved, she discovered a passion for understanding human behavior and supporting mental wellness. This led her to pursue a degree in Behavioral Science at South Mountain Community College, with the goal of becoming an Occupational Therapist. Becky has had substantial experience, participating in clinical rotations around the valley, working at a naturopath clinic, and now dedicated her time to Full Circle for almost two years. In her free time, Becky enjoys nature, participating in hiking, camping, kayaking, and backpacking. In quieter moments, Becky enjoys the art of watercolor painting. She also cherishes quality time spent with friends and family.
